SPS Engineering was invited by Jababeka Innovation Center to the CEO FORUM for Manufacturing & Distribution Companies

Over 1400 companies located in Jababeka Industrial Estate, Cikarang of which most of them are manufacturing and/or distribution local, regional and multinational companies were gathered together in a CEO FORUM. This time the event of CEO FORUM was held in September 5th2013 at President Executive Club, Jababeka.

Organized by Jababeka Innovation Center, the whole-day events raise the theme "Overcoming Increasing Costs and Challenges in Manufacturing Companies" highlighting efforts to cope with the issues by means of non-traditional efforts. Some tools were discussed i.e. Lean Practises, Change Management, and Integrated Computer System Supporting Business Process. A mini-workshop of Kaizen Event was also organized to learn from few real cases and to provide CEOs with deeper understanding of Rapid and Effective Business Process Improvement.

One of the Keynote speaker DR. Sonny Setiawan from PQM share few cases in the industries whereby companies faced difficulties in the factories and were forced to adapt and apply change management in their business to overcome the challenges and get through the difficulties.
